I had purchased a TV which belongs to the LG company. Model is 21 FE4RGE. Straight after sales, there is no response for service from the LG people. They proudly say that "LG" stands for "Life's Good". But as far as I am concerned I feel they made a mistake while making the abbreviation. It should have been "Like's Good" money from the customers.
After several complaints, they are least bothered to attend to my complaint. The customer service people happily take the complaints and do not fail in providing the registration number but never attend to the customer's requirements.
If anyone wants to buy any product of LG, please get suggestions from yours friends / relatives. I do not know how these people happily advertise and do not turn up for service after sales. This subject which I am talking is just after a week from the date of purchase.
