I have a 32" LCD TV which I purchased in 2007, and the TV is conitnuouesly in Warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract. On 30th Decemebr 2009, TV stopped working and I made a complaint immediately. LG Service Engr immediately came for serivce and found that, the TV Panel has to be replaced. From that date, till today, nothign has been done. After a day to day follow up, LG Cutomer service told me that, Panel is not in use and hence we would like replace the TV or give refund. This information has been repeated told by the LG Service People since Feb 12th and today we are March 12th and nothing has been happening. Please suggest, shall I go for filing case against LG for the breach. Was this information helpful? |
LG - 32" LCD TV — DVD not able to attach.
Dear Sir,We had lodge complaint against our LCD 32" TV which we have bought recently and is under warranty period. The piece which we brought from the Electronic shop they could not attach the DVD and whenever they tried to do it, all lines were coming on the TV. They just gave excuses and till today it is not been done. There was also call from Noida office but just called up to know the view about the LG Company. This is just not fair. You people are not solving our problem. Either you solve my problem or replace the piece which doesnt' have two AVs. When we are buying a new TV we will always see that we get better satisfaction. But in your case we are not at all satisfied. We have uncessary wasted our money on your TV. If it is not solved immediately we will have to take strict action against it.
