i m abhijit singh and on 05/08/08 i bought an lg handset model no.3600 on the name of Poonam Singh my aunt but within a month the set getting a problem of frequent switch off even if the battery is full.it happened so many times a day.i went to retailer and asked him to replace the set but he denied and sent the set to service centre and assured me that this will not happen again but alas it happened again within ten days.i again told him to replace the set as it is under warranty period but he told me to get a replacement note from service centre.i went to service centre which is 15 km away from my house.they told me that they can't replace or give any replacement note only they will repair my set.but after second time set flushing also the same problem persist in my new handset.they had told me that if this time the same will happen we will change the pcb and yesterday for the third time i gave my handset to service centre and now they are telling that we don't have pcb in stock, come on monday if there will be any problem with battery we will replace that. LG i.e; life's good but it had become life's bad for me.i just want my handset get replaced.i m not happy with the service and could not afford to go to service centre every month. pliz help me.get me out of this problem.i was about to buy LG-dynamite but now i have to think again because in just two months i visited three times the service centre and when the warranty period will lapse they will niether replace my set nor repair it.what should i do? pliz help me, i have become fed up with these happenings and also suffering loss in my business.pliz, pliz, pliz help me and do something for me.
