L.G has only one Authorised service centre in Mumbai by name M/s Neutron Service centre, Dadar.
We wanted to get repaired our 60" model Projection T.V the cost of which was Rs 2.00 lakhs in the year 2005. Now the service centre says the power supply is not functioning and it will cost us Rs. 45, 000/-. Agreed for the same, now the service centre says the model is outdated and company has stopped producing such T.V'S any more, parts are not available and efforts are made by them to import the said part from Korea since more than 9 months. Who is responsible for such sub-standard and outdated products with worst quality of After sales service. Innocent customers are Gullible to marketing and showroom sales men promises/assurances/sales talk. With a company of LG'S reputation you don't expect such type of cheating indian consumers face? I shall hold the Company responsible i.e. LG ONLY. Dear customers please boycott such companies and their products enmass .
