[Resolved]  LG AC model no: LWA5VW2DT1 1.5 tonnes — New Damaged LG Air Conditioner sold to me by Authorised LG Dealer

I am a retired govt servant and from my savings I had purchased a LG AC model no: LWA5VW2DT1 1.5 tonnes from your Authorised dealer: Electorni Paradise, A-4/38, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063. Date of purchase was 1/5/2009 wide Invoice no: R033027. The AC was installed at my premisses on 1/5/2009 in evening hrs around 7:30 pm. The dealer assured us the AC we have purchased was all packed and tested and was installed at my premisses. In the morning when we checked the AC has some fan noise and we contacted the dealer and the LG service center through there mentioned mobile numbers and the the executive came for inspection in 3 days from purchase date. He opened up the back cabinet/grill of AC and found that the AC was all damaged from inside and all pipes were also damaged. He further informed after inspection that the AC was damaged. The executive told us that AC was all damaged from inside and needs to be completely changed and no repairs are possible for that. He then took photographs of the AC from outside and inside of cabinet and made a report with our comments as unsatisfactory services and complete harassment.
Also we were assured by LG Excutive and the autorised dealer that the AC would be replaced within 2 days once the report processing is all done.

Now from 1st May almost 15 days passed by and no serious concern is being shown by your company or either by the dealer. Whenever we call to either of them no sincere or satisfactory answers are provided and none of them are least concerned for the harassment we are facing. Almost the summers are at peak and this is the service what we are getting.

Also would like to point out must not provide agencies to such cheat dealers who are not even concerned for the problems which customer faces after spending a handsome amount from his life savings.

If the matter is not taken seriously with in next 2 days, I would be forced to take all reports and submit them in consumer forum and never in favour to recommend LG for its products or services.

I write this complaint to take the case as priority and get my AC replaced at the earliest to prevent any futher harassments.
