[Resolved]  LG DVD Writer — ABNORMAL DELAY

I PURCHASED LG DVD WRITER ON 8rd sep 2008, THERE WAS A SOME PROBLEM IN WORKING, IT COULD READ DVD but COPING DATA IN DVD IS NOT WORKINGING DVD AS IT WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD, I COMPLAINED TO MY DEALER and TO HIM ON 26TH AUG 2008, TODAY IT IS 25th NOV, 2008. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM HIM HE ALWAYS SAY THAT WAIT ANOTHER 2 TO 3 DAYS. PLEASE SEND ME MAIL AND NEAR BY SEVICE CENTER NUMBER near pimpri pune 411018

I PURCHASED LG DVD WRITER ON 17th Nov 2008, THERE WAS PROBLEM IN WORKING, THE LENS HAD GONE PASSIBLY. IT COULD NOT READ DVD NOR WRITE DATA IN DVD. AS IT WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD, I COMPLAINED TO MY DEALER ON 22ND JULY 2008. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM HIM HE ALWAYS SAY THAT WAIT ANOTHER 2 TO 3 DAYS. NOW HE SAYS THE WRITER CANNOT BE REPAIRED. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE SITUATION.

Dear sir, I purchased LG DVD Writer. It was not working properly and then I went to Service center at Narasingapuram, Chennai-2. They replace with already rectified DVD writer. It was also not working properly with Movie Factory version 2.5 and not burn properly. This was informed to service centre and also replace the set. So far I replaced 3 DVD writers. This is the practice of the service centre but they not solve the problem at least for to write 10 DVDs continuously . Now I have only 3 months to lapse the warranty period. How will I face the problem?

I PURCHASED LG DVD WRITER.MY DEALER NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTY CARD. HE JUST GIVE ME A BILL WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER. I WANT TO CHECK MY SERIAL NUMBER ONLINE IS IT MY NAME OR NOT. PLEASE HELP ME AND SAY WHERE CAN I CHECK THIS.
