I bought a T.V eight months ago and there is a problem in the colour and sound. On continous compaints the service engineer came and did dry soldering but still the problem was present. He said he will come and change the I.C but it has been 5 days no one has come to attend the complain and there is no communication from LG side. We are repeatdly telling them to replace the T.V with the new one as so many problems are present. They are not ready to do so also Was this information helpful? |
