I had Purchased a LG 3D Plasma TV 42PW450 model on 30.08.2011. On 03.05.2012 TV went suddenly blank in the morning and complaint was registered on the same day. It was promised that the complaint would be attended with in next 24 hrs with a call from service centre in KH Road. Till this date ( 08.05.2012) None of them have bothered to call or attend the complaint.
It was advised by call centre to follow up with service centre and was provided with two tel no[protected] / 751 which no body responds.
Complaint was escalated to the LG centre customer service and only the assurance flowed in saying complaint would be attended in top priority.
This shoddy responses from LG is horrifying which has made me to invest on a new TV of other brand worth ₹22,000. Was this information helpful? |
