[Resolved] LG Electronics — Regarding service

I have LG air conditioner Model no LWA18GINAI / serial no 506NLK004173. I have made a complaint regarding cooling problem in Ac and on 28th june engineer came and checked the ac. He told us us that there is a gas blockage in my Ac and told us there other person will come and take the Ac to there service centre. today is 11th of july no one from LG has come to take the ac and Ac is still not working. i have job sheet issued by that engineer. We have complaint for one A/c have water leakage, We are the Maruti corporate customer we have purchase 16 Split A/C. Our All A/C is in under AMC after warranty. But at the time of service LG service Engineer claim to us 580/-Rs for Chemical Washing, As per AMC terms & conditions no any charge will be claimed by the LG Service Engineer for the service. For your's info we have full facility for condenser cleaning.
