LG Mobile — LG Worst service centre
I have paid an advance amount to replace my LCD display in my mobile.They promised me to do in one week, but i waited for 2 weeks and approached them they advised me to wait for 3 more days.
Again i waited for one more week and got confirmed by talking to them over phone and travelled 3 hours to reach there, But they are so rude and made me to wait for 4 hours and finally they informed me that they forgot to place the order for LCD display.
They are rude to customers.
This happened at Genesis Communication, LG service centre, Adayar, Chennai.
