[Resolved] LG Electronics — Design problem

I purchased a LG make washing machine model no-7239 KS (6.2 kg).The machine is fine but while SPINNING. it's axis of rotation changes very fast and the Drum strikes the wall of the machine, shaking the whole machine. SPINNING at such High RPM is unwanted and risky for the user.The Design Engineer didnot take care of precision of the drum about the rotation axis at such large SPEED. I am facing same problem with LG 7239KS 6.2 kg washing machine. It also shows UE (unbalanced error) too frequently necessitating realtime attention and making the whole purpose of a fully automatic machine redundant. The company should ideally have checked this model by operating on a full load before placing it the market.
