LG Electronics — DELAY TO START WHEN ON | |||
THRICE I HAD REGISTERED COMPLAINT WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE AND TWICE THEY SENT SERVICE PERSONNEL AND THE PROBLEM REPORTED WAS NOT CORRECTED. THIRD TIME THEY EVEN DID NOT RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT, REQUEST ID IS[protected].DATED[protected]. THE COMPLAINT IS THAT ON SWITCHING ON THE AC IT WILL NOT WORK AND FAN WILL WORK FOR A SHORT TIME. IT TAKES 1-2 HOURS TO FUNCTION THE AC AFTER SWITCHING ON THE AC. THE SECOND TIME SENT PERSON INFORMED US OF AC GAS LEAKAGE AND IS 25% SHORT AND ADVISED US TO REFILL AND CHARGED 1498 FOR REFILLING.
