I was purchased washing machine model no F 8068 NDP on 20 12 2012, after repeated calls to the so called customer service nearly 10 times, the engineer visited for demo and informed that the PCB of this machine is faulty, hence it will not work. I request the company to exchange the machine at earliest, why i keep the repaired machine if i paid for a new.
I bought an LG washing machine 2 months ago. The door was found to be leaking water. I made a complaint to LG and thankfully they promised to refund the amount as they don't have another similar model. Now we'll have to again go through the same process of selecting a new machine and wasting at least half day. This is third instance when someone in our family has experienced problems with LG product (once with fridge and twice with different washine machines). Not only this but LG products don't even meet the promised features (like reduced noise etc).
I've also used a lot of Samsung product and must say they are far superior to LG in terms of technical superiority.
