LG Electronics — LG Split ac not working

I did raised a compliant RNA[protected] in the third week of march2013 and till date my issue ("a/c is not working properly, we are not getting cool air ") didnot fixed till now(Apr 22/2013). Everytime I make a call, the customer care center will always say" within 24 hrs our experts will come and fix". Now I really doubt on the experts on the LG products.
This is summer and we do utilize the product during this season.
I think no one want to take the ownership on the complaint and fix it.

LG — LG AC is not running

I but LG split ac. From the date of purchase ac is not running condition. many times it has fault. from last 3 month it is not in running condition. I call many time to company and engineer came also but they can't complete my ac. at present I am suffering from heavy temp.
