respected sir/madam
i have a lg plasma tv which is having a problem in it.
the tv just get blur in between running and a white patch is there on the screen
so complained about it on lg toll free no. and booked a complain Of it
the complain no.-RNA[protected] on 18 april 2013
to which i get a feed back call and a service adviser also visited my place
he said that my plasma panel is broken so it is going to be replaced and that to covered under the amc programm
he refer that it will take about 4 days adn the part will come to there works shop by monday.
so i waited till monday but there was no response from there side, to which i again call back on tuesday 23 april 2013 on their toll free number and a customer representative said that he has mailed a reminder of complain to the work shop and a feedback call is going to come to me on wednesday
then i waited for there call from day to night 9 pm
when i got tired up waiting i called their toll free number asking about the details of my complain they just said my cmplain is being cancelled and they gave me a new complain number-RNA[protected]
on 24 APRIL 2013
now i have been pissed off as they are taking a common man as lightly making me feel that i can not do any thing of their as they are a big company
