I have booked a complain on 25th of February to LG call center for my Washing Machine and my docket no: RNA[protected].
Inspection was done the very next day & the technician told me that the Drum/Wash Tub will have to be replaced & the washing machine will have to be taken to their service station. Today being 11th of March, nobody from their side has turned up even after giving several reminders & requests.
I am a working lady & this delay has put me under lot of pressure as there is no time left in the evening for washing the clothes.
Kindly help.
