The service that is getting provided by the LG company is pathetic. We had recently done 3 years Annual Maintenance Contract with LG company for Air Conditioner. It was promised that all the complains will be handled within 24 hours of complain booking. I had booked the complain on 12th April'12 and i had to follow up for another 15 days to get them moving. We are still waiting for the resolution.
This is the worst service experience of my life. No one picks up the call at service center. The mobiles of service complain managers are switched off most of the ime and even if they are switched on they never bother to revert back. On enquiry they donot have any process for AMC cancellation (this is what i was told by the LG call center)
Now I want my AMC money back from them. This is a fraud and cheating by the LG consumer eletectronics.
Kindly help me in filing a fraud case against LG consumer eletectronics. Was this information helpful? |
