I would like to lodge a complaint on LG as I am unable to lodge a complaint about my 29' Flatron Television of LG. Since tomorrow I am unable to lodge complaint on their toll free number: [protected] on which their representative is telling that their server are not working and they will call back to us about my problem in two hours and i made call yesterday on 5:00 p.m. and till today morning i haven't received any call from them
Today i once again called up on their above mentioned toll free number and the attendant Mr. Prashant is repeating the same story which i heard yesterday evening from them i.e. 23 April, 2013.
I would like to lodge a complain as soon as possible and further i want to resolve my TV problem at the earliest.
