The number [protected] is not answered even after 5 repeated calls. Please ask the concerned CRO to get in touch with me at the number mentioned in the complaint.
I was anyway, expecting a non -standardised response as 26 days have lapsed since the complaint was lodged with you.

Dear Ashutosh,
There is no use following up with LG electronics. They are the worst in customer service. I would suggest that you:
1. Get the Servicing done from some local vendor
2. Buy a new AC from some other company.
3. Never buy any product from LG.

Now 24 days have lapsed. The reply that you have given to me is the reply which I had got on the 10th day as well. It's a standard phrase that you use. I'm still not sure if you are even interested in resolving the issue.
