LG / — Faulty product | |||
I have purchased LG refrigerator(model no. 335VF5). It stops working. I have booked complaint many times at LG customer care. The technician come after one day of booking complaint, rectify temoprary. But after 3-4 hours it again stops working. On callin cosumer care, everytime a new complaint no. is given as previous compaint closed without asking for customer feedback. I have also send mails to LG service ( as given on LG site), but no reponse from them. This is being repeated from last 5 days. Due to this many food items also get spoiled. As the items has been purchased only 5 month back, it is very disappointing for me. I think companies just keeps thier complaint record right so as to claim good customer care record on papers, but actually the customer care is very bad. Such companies should be exposed. The LG consumer care head should investigate such incidents & take action/corrective steps at the earliest incase they want to keep thier good image.
