we have a lg flat tv purchased from bhubaneswar, Orissa, India in the month of march 2002.
now tv is working perfectly. REMOTE CONTROLLER is not working.
REMOTE CONTROL SERIAL NO IS 6710V00083Q

WE APPROACHED LOCAL SERVICE CENTER, BUT THEY DENIED.
