[Resolved]  LG Gu220 — Mobile Handset

I am using LG GU220 mobile handset , i have brought this cell phone last month. The problem that i am having is when i am switching on my mobile it is saying PUK BLOCKED , PRESS NUMBER TO EMERGENCY CALL . I cannot make any calls. i cannot have my previous old menu back. Please help me reagarding this problem.. How can i get my old menu back...
