I had bought my mobile phone, a LG GX 300 (dual sim), on February 2011. It was working fine until in July it showed a software problem. Since it was within warranty period I gave my phone to the service center for repairing and was free of cost. After I got my phone back, i found that the shortcut keys and the main keys were not functioning properly. So i gave it back to the service center for re-repairing. I got my phone back after almost a month, since the time the first problem cropped up, (i had my phone for less than 24 hours in between) only to find that it is in a worse condition with the keys totally malfunctioning, the fitting of the phone is lose and hence damaged. I want my handset to be replaced. I hereby submit my complaint as i know that the service center or the company are least bothered to pay any heed to this matter.
