I have purchased a LG PC model No.LG MY PC XDZ in Oct. 2007, under warranty of 3 years. The PC developed technical problems during October 2008. M/s.CA INFORSYSTEMS, TRIVANDRUM, Kerala, the After Sales Service Agency of LG, deputed their unskilled technicians against my various and started TRIAL & ERROR METHODS, by replacing /repairing of SATA CABLE, MOTHER BOARD, HARD DISK, reloading of safteware etc. But till today they could not put my PC into trouble free operation. Yesterday again they sent their technician with an old REPAIRED motherboard as replacement & the same being old & repaired one, I did not allow them to replace it. Further, to have a direct talk with Mr.Rajkumar, In-Charge of CA INFORSYSTEMS, Trivandrum, their call Co-ordinator, Mrs/Miss. Priya, did not connect me with him and behaved in a very rude, abusive and unpleasant manner. It is not at all advisable to keep such kind of nuisance as a Call Co-ordinator in a reputed firm. M/s.LG should direectly take it as a serious one and initiate some corrective action.
However, since their unskilled technicians put my PC in a irreparrable condition, I am taking up the matter with LG for free replacement of etnire PC with new one. Was this information helpful? |
