[Resolved]  LG India — regarding malfunctioning of LG LED 42LA6620 TV within a week of its purchase. Request for replacement.

Dear madame/Sir, Most humbly and respectfully. This is to inform you that I purchased LG LED 42LA6620 TV on 07.09.2013 from your showroom Aditya Vision located at Khajpura, Bailey Road, Patna 800001, Bihar. On 15.09.2013 the screen of the TV went black and after that it was unable to start. I complained the matter to your service centre, Patna. To my utter dismay, I was provided servicing only on 18.09.2013 at 1930 hrs.Sir, LG is a name of super brand and not some cheap Chinese brand. I have always preferred purchasing LG brand. Therefore I request you to kindly replace my faulty set with a fresh one and set an example. When I tried to talk to your Service centre heads at Patna Mr. Irshad and Mr Sushant, they did not bother even to listen to my plea and put my cell number in reject list. I am seriously hurt with the apathetic and lackadaisical attitude of your service centre management. May be because this the first time I am dealing with the management. I hold high esteem for LG's management. If some lowly managerial staff behaves like some cheap Chinese company management, its a matter o[censored]tter disgust for the top management. After what has happened to me, how dare I recommend somebody to by your product? Please provide me the e-mail address of Global and Asia Pacific heads. I am also going to lodge my complain and request to Arthur Huang - Vice President sales, Bon Joon Koo - Vice Chairman/ CEO and Havis Kwon President and Ceo Asia Pacific if my request remains unheeded. I hope my request for replacement of faulty TV set will be conceded soon and for this act of kindness I'll ever remain grateful to you. Please disseminate this mail to all the concerned heads please.
