[Resolved]  LG Laptop Rd405 — POOR BATTERY BACKUP AND EXCESS HEATING OF SYSTEM

I purchase lg laptop thinking that this product might be as good as other lg home appliances, after buying this from Nehru place New Delhi shop they did'n take any interest in my complain even they are not ready to hear my problem,
sl. no. of my laptop is 809KSBM015005 PRODUCT RD 405 there is no any infromation of online complain or coustmer care center like other product,
