I PURCHASED A LCD 37" TELEVISION ON 2ND AUGUST, 2008.
BUT I FOUND THERE IS PROBLEM WITH ITS SOUND SYSTEM. I IMMIDIATELY REPORTED MATTER TO LG CUSTOMER CARE BY TELEPHONE AND EMAIL.
I INSISTED THAT THE PIECE SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH A GOOD ONE AS I HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED WITH A DEFECTIVE PIECE FROM THE DAY ONE.
BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY AFTER LAPSE OF 15 DAYS EVEN IF THEIR ONE TECHNICIAN INSPECTED IT ON 12TH AUGUST AND REPORTED THAT THERE IS A DEFECT IN SOUND SYSTEM.
I PLEAD HERE TO THE COMPANY THAT THE IMMEDIATE STEPS OF THE REPLACEMENT OF TV SHOULD TAKE PLACE. Was this information helpful? |
