[Resolved] LG LCD TV — Denial of service under warranty | |||
I have a 32 inch flat screen which is under annual maintenance contrat. It is not working since last 6 moths i have been asked to wait for the parts to be replaced.The LCD screen needs to be replaced. Now after 6 month they are saying the parts is not available and cannot be replaced. I am sick and tired of calling them. I have called the area head also but he is of no help and never picks up my call now, I am planning to approach consumer court and complain about this service. Lg india has to look into this matter ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
