[Resolved]  LG LED Monitor — no service and support

sir,
my self bhagirath bania, i m from Jodhpur, i have purchased a led
monitor 18.5" at 9/3/2013 and there is an offer for free McAfee
antivirus, but my product key or serial no. is not working at LG
website. when i call at service center they not picked up the
phone... i tried many time. i also send email on LG website, they ask me for modal no. and serial no. with bill. i also send my bill and product serial no. with modal number but my problem is as it is. and do not have my
offer price yet now.
one more problem is there that this product is defective.

plz kindly give me Justice.
