On 2nd Oct 2011 I bought LG LED TV , Tatasky set up box from Croma-Woodys, JPNagar, Bangalore. The shop owner promised me to deliver the TV and set up box on 3rd Oct 2011. But he failed to meet his commitment. On 3rd Oct I called the customer care 3 times, on each time the customer care executives promised to keep the commitment. I was off for that day to receive the products which I had ordered from Croma. No one informed me about the delay and not even kept their commitment. As I din't have shop owners number, I asked customer care executives to arrange a call with me to shop owner, that was also not done. It was a very bad experience with Croma. I am planning to go to CONSUMER COURT for delay without information. Was this information helpful? |
