[Resolved] LG Microwave Oven — problem in functions of the product | |||
I have purchased lg microwave oven .after few months it was making more heating then the normal procedure and it was the starting of the problem of over heating. my product was under in warranty period so i was submitted my in customer care. Managing person over there gave me the assurance . That was the time before 9 months . He assured me again n again for till weekend n I am still waiting please tell me what should I do ahead n give me some help. Was this information helpful? | |||

I registered a complaint with LG dealer regarding malfunctioning of Microwave oven long back. However it was not attended. After a month I got information that register your complaint of LG helpdesk through phone. On 18/10/07, I registered complaint over phone and complaint ID A1803661 was given to me & it was assured that complaint will be attended within 24 hrs. After passing of one week I have called again and was assured that co. representative will reach by next day. Till now noone has bothered to attend the complaint
