[Resolved] LG / Mobile — service problems | |||
Respected sir, I have complained about my phone two times before on LG mobile's site but still i cant get ant proper response my problem is the service center of bharuch doesnt take any responsbiltty of mobile they damged the body and then said that the physical part of mobile is not canheble my phone is under warrntiy after sirvice the JAVA apllication are not running in my phone whish are runnning before sirvice they doesnt give any response they waste too much time they damaged my phones body and my phone's battery life is become very short after aall this things please sir take some action plz Was this information helpful? | |||

My name is Salauddin.I have bought LG mobile model GB-100 and since day 1st I am facing poor battry back up Problem. It is giving 1.5 hrs of total backup. I took it to LG service centre Nehru Place they kept my mobile for 5 hrs with them for check.They said there was software problem and they have reinstalled the sofware and it will work fine now. But it never worked fine that back up problem continued to happen. I took it back again to the same service centre with its charger also they again kept my mobile for almost 3hrs and now they said that the battery was not ok and they changed the batter but to no avail. It has still the same problem i called them again now they says they will changed the mother-board.

This shows extremly bad customer service of LG that I never expected of.It is really disappointing.Either the Engineers at LG service Centre are unskilled or they fool around people and waste their time LG commits quick service withing 1 hr which commpletely proves false.
I really had very bad experience with LG customer service
