I PURCHASED LG KC 550 ON 20th OCT-2008. 15 DAYS AGO I WAS FACING PROBLEM RELATED TO RECEIVER AND THEN I WENT AT LG SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY TOLD ME RECEIVER IS FAULTY SO U HAVE TO CHANGE RECEIVER AND PART IS NOT AVAILABLE SO WAIT FOR 10 DAYS. AFTER 10 DAYS THEY CHECKED WITH NEW RECEIVER AND AGAIN TOLD ME MAY BE PROBLEM IN "FLEXIBLE" AND IT IS NOT AVAILABLE SO AGAIN WAIT FOR AT LEAST 1 WEEK
MY QUERY IS IN NEW MOBILE THIS TYPE OF INTERNAL PROBLEM AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR 20 DAYS AND STILL MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.
I THINK NOW I AM LEFT WITH ONLY ONE OPTION AND THAT IS “CONSUMER FORUM”
