I have continuously asked these LG people to arrange a
handsfree for my mobile phone but they havent taken any action against
that.I logged a request at CUST. CARE no. and they gave me the feedback
that they shall be arranging the product in 2-3 days.But ots now more than
15 days and I haven't received any information or feedback.This is simply
harassing attitude.At their stores also my product is not available.I am
copying the mails that I wrote to them ...

Hi, I wish to state that I tried to call your sevice outlets especially
the one you have at Gole market, Connaught Place.They said that LG Company
doesnt manufactures earphones for my handset(RD-3500 CDMA). I need a
simple answer that if you people dont manufacture or provide earphone
leads with the handset then why give this provision to use the
earphones.That means you people encourage your customers to use local and
degraded quality accessories on your products.Kindly give me the
explanation otherwise I am sorry to put this matter infront of consumer
court. I expect that I would be able to receive a satisfactory reply from
your side. Kindly let me know the proper address and information about the
availability of the accessory I need.I live at Rajinder Nagar, near Karol
Bagh. So make sure that your accessory is available at the nearest store.

I have visited several shops for the headset for RD3500, but didn't get a suit one. People should avoid these incompatible handsets and thei manufactures.
