I had purchased my Phone Lg P970 on 6th Oct 2011 , since the past 6 months i have been facing problems in charging the phone as well as no sound in the ear piece while in call.
For this i had my phone (in warranty)checked at your LG Service Centre in Allahabad, after which the problem was solved. but the same problems came up a couple of months back for which the Allahabad LG centre person told me that a part has to be changed which is not available with them and after promising that the part will be available in the next few days kept me hanging for at least 10 days.
Today I came to delhi and visited your LG Service centre in Nehru Place to get my phone repaired(which is still under warranty) and I was told that the earlier technician had made some fault in my phone and now it will take me Rs. 10,00 to get it repaired(I got the phone only 10 months back for around 18,000!!). Since my phone is still under warranty and the fault if any has been done either by the LG service centre in Allahabad or Delhi I refused to pay the amount and was told to talk to Mr. Vishal ([protected]) who is the branch manager for Delhi(I got the same response on talking to your ever helpful customer helpline ).
I have been trying to contact Mr. Vishal for the past 5 hrs during which he has not picked up and has actively disconnected many of my calls and not even responded to an SMS in this regard.
My phone is still at the Service Centre and I refuse to pay up Rs.10,000 for a phone still in warranty which I bought for 18000 for whatever LG has done to it .
I have been a avid promoter of LG products but this level of pathetic service experience has left me frustrated and angry. Was this information helpful? |
