LG / Mobile Phone — Highly disappointing response from service centers

Hi,

I am highly disappointed with the kind the of service provided by the LG service centers and also the 24*7 support available through helpline.
I recently purchased LG mobile "LG Optimus L9". I am facing issue with its camera flashlight. I contacted nerby authorised service center where i was told that this can be software issue. They reinstalled the software but nothing worked.Then they told it is a hardware problem but due to unavailability of hardware parts at their center they redircted me to another service center.

The representative there was not at all intrested in helping me. He was not ready to accept that there is an issue and also was very rude.The receptionist response was far much better than his response.

With the brand like LG on which people rely so much if such kind of service is given than I am sorry to say that they are only selling their product and not the service.

LG — Mobile Phone

I have lost my LG mobile, Model no. KG 300, on[protected] at Shopper's Stop, S.V. Road, Kandivli (West) while paying my bill for the mobile approx. at 9.00 p.m. the unit detail are as follows
Model No. KG 300-IMEI NO. [protected]-S/N 703ATFZ166483. if some one can please help me to trace out the stole/lost unit.
I have been trying with your lg mobile service centre in mumbai i.e at Jawaharnagar, /goregaoan and Borivali (west)_ both do not have battery for my mobile handset model C2500 which was first of LG's mobile launched in mumbai.

would you please assist me to get one.

LG/MOBILE PHONE — REPLACEMENT OF LG DEFECTIVE HANDSET(LG OPTIMUS ONE P500)

Sir,
I have purchased a BRAND NEW LG mobile phone(LG OPTIMUS ONE P500)
EMEI NUMBER [protected]
BIL NO 8585 (BOOK NO 172)
on 8th april 2011 for Rs 10300/-
from HOT SPOT SEC 8 RK PURAM NEW DELHI....

.just after 5 days i start facing problem with my handset like

1). hardware problem i.e back panel of the handset was loose
2).The SIM card stop functioning in roaming
even after using another new SIM card, the problem remain unsolved.

3.set goes automatic on and automatic off.
4. set automatically hang up and restarts after removal and re-inserting the battary

5. service engr told that this set has a manufacturing defect in its processor.

service centre engr advised that the mother board will be changed but I may be given a new piece as I am being harrassed by LG.

AFTER REPEATEDLY (MORE THAN 6 TIME) VISITING SERVICE CENTRES, THE FAULT COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED.

no one take cares from LG...........................LG may be advised accordingly to save the consumer from further harrassement

LG / Mobile Phone — Regarding The Repairing of Handset

I Purchase Handset LG-S365 on 9-7-2011 ond after 3 Months the handset becomes faulty and i went to the service centre new mass communication, 68, Mughal Canal ,Karnal and they check it and make Job Sheet After 10 Minutes They asked that the Handset Antenna is Broken and the Handset is Physical damaged and warrany is void . there is no physical damage at the time of job Sheet ,antenaa is broken at the time of opening and they refused to repair it. please make the solution
