I Purchased Refrigerator on 23-Aug-2010 from Bansal Electronic, gurgaon, Invoive# 37959. Within a six month i found defect in door closing system in lower part.Actually it is two door system. Freezer part was Ok but fault was in main door that is mainly used. I called in service center and one service man came and did the temporary work only by pasting the rubber.
Few days later same problem arose and then service center asked to push tightly while closing it. Now the lower portion of refrigerator stop cooling and company asked for paid service only.
These people had waiting to complete it one year warranty.
Already call the LG Center but still is waiting to come somebody.
