Hi,
My complaint number is C10B1540726.
I complained on the 15th Nov about my refrigerator not working and there was an executive who visited on 16th, i.e., the next day only to inform that the mother board needs to be changed. However, since then we have only been following up with the technician, customer care and finally the manager (Mr. Subramanium) who apparently does not care about the reputation of the company or the inconvenience of the customer. He has been saying that he will inform "tomorrow" everytime I call him.
It is very sad to experience bad service from such a renowned company.
Can somebody please let us know if it can be fixed as it is very difficult to live even a day without fridge functioning.
