LG Refrigerator — the refrigirator not working properly

Sir,
I baught a double door refrigirator before 4 years. now it is not working properly. when we open the door, the light is on. but the bottom side does not cool. The freezer does not freeze. it gives a light cool. We tried our best to inform this to your customer care. But we can't. So i request you to help us without any fail.

LG Refrigerator — POOR QUALITY AND V.V.POOR SERVICE
I had purchesed a LG 260 litre fridge in[protected]. The outer body damage and front bot leg slanding is there i launge the complaint that time one service person came and attend the complaint but he told me, this product come like this only what can i do, we are not rectify the problem.
After that i go to shop and check other product also but all the refeigirator legs fix properly and the body
finish neetly.
Again i made a compalint to the customer service that time they sent one trainee service tech, he come and remove the Bot cover and also he talk to my wife irresponsible behaviour and lackadaisical attitute.
and then i put a mail to [protected]@lgindia.com but still no response from them.
I made a big mistake and also i invest around Rs.15, 000.00 for this.Still i am not getting solution for this.
I kindly req anybody know the high authority of LG service please mail me the contact # and mail id
