[Resolved]  LG Refrigerator — FROST PROBLEM & WORST SERVICE

I have purchased LG Frost Free Refrigerator Model No. 368YEQ4(VB) on dated[protected] vide tax invoice no. SF161 by paying Rs 30,250 from LG Shoppe Cams Corner (P) Ltd. Kolkata. The product is not as per its specification as there is heavy frost problem in the refrigerator. In have put forward six to eight complaints regardiing this but the company is unable to resolve the frost problem. Instead the response from the LG service centre is worst as they are unable to understand the problem and start arguing. This is very dissatisfying that I am facing the frost problem within the warranty year of the refrigerator and still there is very poor response from the company.After so many complaints the company is unable to resolve the problem and we are reluctant to retain the same defective product.

LG — problem about service

i am facing a lot of difficulty. we live in kulti near barakar.although we lie in west bengal but we are being charged for roaming because of a tower in govindpur.
we are not getting any responce from customer care.
please try to solve our problem.
I had purchased a 280 ltr refrigrator wide bill no 4964 dt 7-8-2004 from softvision faridabad .On 12th sept a complaint was lodged at Intella services Faridabad wide complaint no 8c[protected] and co's representative sh. SHIV KUMAR had attended the complaint on 13th who assured of replacement of compressor on 13th/14th (The machine being under warantee) but today ie on 15th another representative turned up at around 1230hrs and took a zerox of my above said bill. On enquiring at 1400hrs m/s Intella services was not aware of the status . I again lodged a complaint wide Complaint no.N 8C 91507797 in your complaint centre in Gurgaon and also visited Intella services at 1830hrs .Now, we have been told that it will take another 2-3 days as company is not having the required compressor.
I have heard that LG solves grievances in minutes but it is not true in my case.Hoping for quicker solution I am submitting this mail at your end.
