Since 25th May 2011, exactly after 7-months of purchase the fridge Model-LGREF478YSX4 the fridge has stopped functioning. Its cooling stopped and the very next day the LED Panel display went off. We had lodged complaint No- RNA[protected] dt 26-May-2011 with the customer care to which LG service engineer attended and had taken back the defective PCB for replacement which as on date is still awaited.
We have been chasing all the people at LG- customer care No.- [protected], Service Center No- [protected] and even LG Area Service Manager Mr. Anuj Singh No-[protected] who has been giving assurance after assurance but with no outcome. At last he was able to manage to provide us a Old 150Ltr standby fridge without door shelves & vegetable basket to our relief from the intense summer heat.
After almost 12-days from the lodge of complaint nothing has been done to resolve the problem which clearly shows the response, commitment and competency of LG team and equally the quality of the products being delivered to the end customer like us. One can understand that the spare of old & obsolete models take time, but in just 7-months of purchase the spares parts are not available which really surprises me and really puts me think how bad decision me & my family have taken.
It’s my sincere request and advise to team LG to arrange to refund my Invoiced Money back and take back the defective unit without any further mental trauma.
