Sir,
I purchased an LG split A.C. in indore (M.P.) in 24 April 2011 and after few days my AC air swing flap stop the working rendomly.
I call the service engineer & he brought the defective flap with himself & there is no response given by customer officer or any engineer from last one month. After long time follow up my AC flap not recover till now & no body take any responsibilty from LG side. LG customer care not given any complaint no. due which I unable to follow the status
Please help to recover my loss of money & help to repair my new A.C. and take immidiate strict action against LG Air conditioner section because LG customer Care officer says that we are not fear to any body.Last few days LG customer officer not recieve my phone from last two days
