Hello,
I had purchased a spilt air conditioner from LG (India, Mumbai) last year i.e August'10.
As per the norms i have extended the servicing period by a year from September'11 - September'12.
After collecting the cheque, the company authorised service station claims to be over burden with lot of complants, hence can only send somebody to take the machine after 2 days, post which they will rectify the problem and intal it back.
Does the company expects the customers to leave their personal and professioanl commitements aside and be at home waiting for the mechanics to arrive?
If LG as a company is selling so many items , shouldn't they have more authorised customer care outlets for customers, so the customers don't have to go this trauma.......
I dealt with Mr. Shurjit Singh ( Manager, Goregaon , Mumbai) and he seems to have forgotten the way to deal with clients.
Can somebody please help and resolve my problem at the earliest.
