LG Split AC — swing not working and closing
I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON 3RD, 6TH, 7TH AND 8TH OF MAY 2010. THE COMPLAIN NO. IS C [protected]. BUT NOBODY HAS ATTENDED MY COMPLAINT TILL TODAY. THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR.LG Split Air Conditioner — Not working in 1 month - Bad customer service
I got a LG 1.5 ton Split Air Conditioner that costs me around 26,500 INR. The unit workked well for the first two weeks. Gradually, the room temperature started to increase above 35 and it would touch "High" finally. When i called the customer service, the technician was rude and was never co-operative. Such a poor care for a customer? How can such a big organization does not manage to get a good service department?After a month now, the unit won't switch on too. Called customer care three times and still there is no good response. I am still waiting for the unit to work paying the whole price in cash. I HAVE DECIDED NEVER TO GO FOR LG FOR ANY PRODUCT AND I WOULD NEITHER RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO FOR LG.
LG/Split Air Conditioner — Bad Customer Service
I have purchased a split air conditioner from LG a couple of weeks back. The AC was not working for the last 4 days and i contacted the LG customer care center. They said the request is filed and a technician will attend the fault within 24 hrs. Almost 2 days have gone and no one till turned up to fix the issue. When i contacted the customer care center again I am given the same answer of 24 hrs again.I am very disappointed with the service and would like to bring this to the notice of the consumer compliants forum.

LG Split Air Conditioner — The conditioner not working
We had bought 3 split air conditioners from Kay Associates, Nagpur, Maharashatra India who represented through Mr. Nikhil Jain as authorised dealers and service centres for LG. All the conditioners are giving problem and not running properly. The instant case is about one of them which had its PC card damaged since last more than 1.5 months and the dealer is not in position to repair it for an undisclosed reason, even not picking up the phone call and the office also remains closed. The service of LG is very poor at this authorised dealer.
