BOX 16, Ponda-Goa. : Bill Number: 16557 BillDate- 07/11/2009. Sir, we bought the sited TV, from your Ponda dealer. On completion of guarantee period of one (1yr) year and one month, it stopped working. we informed you dealer the same day, but they attended the above complaint after five days!!! and they took the T.V's MAIN COMPONENT, which they found defective. But after 15 days they fixed the above component after correction, But Some part is not yet installed in the replaced component, due to which the angle of the picture is completely changed or you can see the pictures are not alligned properly with the screen. I repeatedly informed the same problem again and again to your authorised dealer and the technician. But they are saying that the main part is not available with them. Such service will hamper your reputation and affect you sale in Goa market. I request you to either repair the same, or replace the full set of CTV as soon as possible.
