I have lodged a compaint on 8th October 2009 (compaint no. C09A0801793) at 9.00 a.m. I was informed by the call centre that the problems would be resolved within 2 hours. A reminder was again made at 1.00 p.m. on the same day but nobody called up nor any technician turned up for fixing the problem.
A reminder has been made today on the call centre no. and on Tel. no65790731 and an online complaint is made on LG website (complaint no.[protected] and I have been told that the problem would be fixed in a day.
We are totally un-happy with the call centre service and the commitment are never adhered to, if the resolution is not provided by 1 noon I would take this issue with the Consumer grievance.
