lg/window a.c. — DIDN'T REPLACE BEING DEFECTED PIECE OF A.C. FROM L.G. COMPANY
I AM TAJINDER.I HAD PURCHASED WINDOW A.C. FROM LG COMPANY ON 08.02.2008.AFTER ASSEMBLED ,IT WAS FOUND DEFECTIVE.IT WAS CREATING A HUGE NOISE WHEN EVER IT WAS ON.I REGISTERED MANY OF COMPLAINTS IN CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BUT THEY ALWAYS DIDN'T GIVE ANY POSITIVE REPLY & REFUSED AFTER THAT TO REPLACE OR DOING CASH BACK SAYING THAT IT IS NORMALLY RUNNING EVERYTIME.REGARDS

LG / Window A.c. — non receipt of remote switch
The under signed purchased one LG 0.75t window air condotioner on03.05.2009 from 'Anandamela' G-9 Gariahat market.Kolkata70019. model [protected]@DWIAFI serial no.Cash memo no.3752. No remote switch was provided in the packing.Inspite of several follow up with 'Anandamela' till 13.06.09 we did not get the same. Kindly intervane & arrange supply.Manas Roy
