Reference Complaint No. RNA[protected], Dated 15th May, 2012. Window A/C was reported for gas refilling
Issues:-
1. Wrong complaint was registered by Customer care representative on 10th May, 12 . A/c complaint was given and washing machine complaint was registered.
2. After registering the complaint on 15th May and several reminders, a/c unit was analysed by expert at my home and a quote of Rs. 2000 was given whereas customer care representative gave estimate of Rs. 1350( all inclusive).
3. Further , the expert offered to repair it on his personal level ( without registering with LG) at a price of Rs. 1500.
4. Complaint was again registered to customer center, who where not capable to handle the issue and provided the contact number of Ms.Manjari Yadav ( Apoorva Service). She was not at all helpful and didn't took the complaint seriously.
5.After 1 month struggle and paying Rs. 1713 {Invoice No.00020 - which is more than amount quoted by CC Representative} A/C unit was received back and the problem is still the same.
6. Again the complaint is registered. Ref. RNA[protected].
Looking forward for some serious action against concerned people and rectification of A/C .
