LIC policy no.[protected] payment of RS.2760 paid through ICICI BANK net banking on 18.10.08 (transaction no. BIL/[protected]/Premium/[protected] . In my A/c says cleared the echeque in licindia at 18/10/2008. Mean while I checked my account. But sofor the receipt for the payment is not received sofor in website. Please send the premium receipt to my emial ID (for proof purpose). My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in Please look in to this and do the needful and communicate the same.

i have given my premium but my premium has not been updated. i have submited all the last two premiums on due time. but according to the lic web page it has not been submited and for that they are showing that this very policy has been elapsed, my policy no is[protected]. on the name of mr. samrat deb.

sub: Premium paid not credited to my policy.

I (Shivayogappa.K) here with complaining that I had sent the cheque of HDFC bank bearing no 222736 dated 12-07-08 for the amount of 1420/- towards the pol no:[protected]. My bank statement shows that abovesaid amount and cheque passed to LIC
but LIC says that your policy has been lapsed due to non payment of premium.
Pl update my policy and send the receipt to the address mentioned below as the earliest.

premium history of policy no[protected] is showing double payment towards yearly premium of Rs. 5582/- for 02/2008 by cheque once on 01/02/2008 under tr no 2791501 through bran code EPS1 and twice on 02/02/2008 under tr. no 2864500 through branch code 122. Life Insurance Corporation — Non-receipt of policy payment

This is regarding my LIC Policy #[protected]. The policy has matured and I am supposed to paid in monthly instalments every month. I have not received the cheques for the payment thi year. I have tried to call them and wrote to them on several times. But I have not got any response from them.

The experience is very pathetic. They have got a Customer Complaint Cell but either nobody responds on the numbers given on the website, or it says that the number is invalid.

Looking for help, if somebody can help sort this out.

This shows deficient in services.
Can I ask LIC to pay compensation for this defectiveness in services and to refund the late fee of Rs. 16-90 even though they are not collecting charges for this ( ECS) services.

I had the same issue on online premium payment. I have paid my premium via IB and the money was deducted from my bank account. But no receipt o[censored]pdate from LIC side! I had sent many emails to them via all the available channels that I could get from their website but none was replied.
I am still keep sending my feedback to them hoping to receive a reply and assistance to resolve the payment issues.

In the mean time I would urge every one not to take any policy with LIC as their service and supports are worst than expected.

I wanted to pay online my lic policy

i think lic agents are frauds. they take false cheques from their clients. like my agen RAJESH INDAP from ramnagar, dombivli east, thane, maharashtra took a rs.1000000/- ten lakhs false check from me at the end of march 08 just to show his business. he gave me his hand written letter for my bank to stop the payment on my cheque. thus lic shows its big business on the paper at the end of the every financial year when actually they have no business.
