LIC Health Plus Plan — Card not received

Dear Sir ,, Iam Mamillapalli Venu, I have taken LIC Health plus Plan on 09th Jul 2009, My policy Number is[protected] yearly payable Premium is 18000. I have paid my first premium vide receipt number-0434447. Even after lapse of 7 to 8 months period I still did not get Health Cards. I request you please send them on priority..
